By accessing or using NightlyBoost ("the Service") at nightlyboost.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NightlyBoost provides AI-powered pricing recommendations for Airbnb hosts based on market data, local events, and calendar occupancy. Our reports are informational and intended to assist your pricing decisions — they are not financial advice.

3. Payments and Refunds

One-time report (€9): Payment grants you permanent access to a single pricing report. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available once the report has been unlocked and viewed.
Pro subscription (€19/month): Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC), our merchant of record.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service.
Share or resell report content commercially without our written permission.
Provide false information or impersonate another person.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

NightlyBoost provides pricing recommendations based on available market data and AI analysis. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Pricing recommendations are estimates and may not reflect actual market conditions. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NightlyBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue or business opportunities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on nightlyboost.io is owned by NightlyBoost. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your property data and analyses belong to you.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if we determine that these Terms have been violated, with or without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. For unresolved disputes, the courts of the applicable jurisdiction shall have authority.
