NightlyBoost ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered pricing optimization service for Airbnb hosts, operated at nightlyboost.io. For privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@nightlyboost.io.

When you use NightlyBoost, we collect:

• Email address — provided by you when unlocking a report or subscribing.
• Property information — city, property type, guest count, current price, and optionally your Airbnb listing URL.
• Calendar availability data — if you provide an Airbnb URL, we fetch your listing's iCal feed to analyze occupancy patterns.
• Payment information — processed and stored by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store card details.
• Usage data — analyses you run and reports generated.

• To generate your AI-powered pricing report.
• To deliver your report and send transactional emails (report unlock, magic link login).
• To send weekly market updates if you are a Pro subscriber (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To improve our pricing models using aggregated, anonymized data.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use the following third-party services to operate NightlyBoost:

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU region).
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic Claude — AI analysis (your property data is sent to Claude API to generate insights).
• Ticketmaster — local event data for your city.
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance.

NightlyBoost uses only essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
